| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa and Mastercard. When making payment you will be directed to Sagepay to authorise your card transaction . This is a secure card payment service through which we never have access to your credit card details. Your payment will be deferred until we are ready to ship your order. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to you local currency. Alternativley you can order by 'phone (01274 747447), fax (01274 739680) or post. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. All goods are offered subject to being available at the time of the order. Every effort is taken to ensure that the content of this website is current by regular updates. As gooods are also available for over the counter sales goods may from time to time be sold out ahead of the next update. Any item out of stock will be deducted from the final invoice and your payment adjusted accordingly. |
| Shipping And Handling Goods weighing up to 1kg are despatched by 1st class post, above by next day carrier service. International packages up to 2kg are despatched by air mail (small packet rate), above 2kg packages are despatched by UPS. International packages are generaly insured except where the content value is of low value. A standard UK (mainland) post charge of £4.00 is applied to all orders. Overseas and UK (offshore) orders are charges on value. The charge levied will be the maximum. The postage charge will be reviewed when packed and if a there is a great enough disparity a refund will be given (typically more than 10%). |
| Delivery Schedule We try to despatch orders within 3 working days. We will normally send your order to you by either 1st class post or next day carrier service. International orders are despatched within the same time scale but by air mail. Delivery times will depend on the post. |

We are never privy to your Credit Card details. Sagepay facilitates the process of capturing credit card details and securely transmits those details for authorisation with your Card issuing bank. Once authorised the funds are transferred to ourselves. |
